Consulting approach |
Our business transformation approach bridges the gap between corporate strategy and operational implementation: It leads us from business model design and validation, through transformation planning, to the alignment of business processes, organisational structures, and IT systems. Our business transformation approach follows these major steps: - Explore. Financial and operational data, statistical and quantitative analyses, explanatory and predictive models and simulations inform decisions and drive actions.
- Design. Our design skills and knowledge of modern organisational structure result in efficient and effective plans that align business models, organisational structures and technology landscapes.
- Realize. We orchestrate the hard and soft aspects of change that new designs are successfully realized.
We help manage the complexity of the transformation process using business prototyping techniques. These allow clients to explore their business in depth and test design and realization options before putting them into practice. |
