transentis is strengthening its management team with Thomas Eberhardt, former CFO/COO of Toll Collect, the German toll provider.
transentis has been growing steadily over the past years - not only concerning staff and revenue, but also in terms of the topics we cover and the breadth of our service offering.
We are therefore pleased that we are also getting reinforcements at senior management level with the start of 2022: with the addition of Thomas Eberhardt as a partner, we are further expanding our focus on Business Transformation Services.
Thomas was Managing Director of Finance and Toll Operations at Toll Collect, the German toll operator, for more than 10 years before working as a consultant to the transport and infrastructure sector. He will now bring his expertise to transentis.

Oliver (transentis CEO): "Due to our long-standing acquaintance, I was particularly pleased to be able to win Thomas for transentis - based on many intensive discussions that showed we had similar views and assessments of the issues our clients are facing. Thomas brings strong skills, assertiveness and many years of practical experience from a complex, highly technical and strongly regulated environment at the interface between business and technology."
Thomas: "It appealed to me to continue in my areas of interest and focus as a partner at transentis, as I see an environment here in which I can contribute my view of companies and their engagement with the digital changes of our time. In this context, I see the exchange with different focus as profitable for our customers and for transentis."
At transentis, Thomas will be in charge of business transformation projects - which are mostly digitally motivated and initiated, but have the clear goal of strengthening our customers' business. The focus here is primarily on the value creation and profitability of our customers:
  • Using the opportunities of digitalization to open up new sources of revenue and increase the value creation of business models.
  • Making companies more profitable by further increasing the efficiency of business processes and the effectiveness of the organization.
