Senior Agile Coach

We are sure that you have already travelled by train in Germany or flown somewhere by plane, maybe you also use parking facilities when you travel by car. What do all these things have in common? They are provided by some of our clients. Our clients come from different countries and industries, and we are proud of working intelligently and systematically to improve their services.

We are inspired by the development of digital products that support and complement our work with clients - for example, we developed an online version of the Beer Distribution Game (transentis Beer Game), which is now played in schools, universities and companies around the world.

So we do not just consult our clients on agile and digital transformation, we live it ourselves.

Our most important value is that we are true professionals and always look at the 'big picture'. We are team players who love to learn, analyze and create. We love technology, analytical tasks and taking initiatives.

Does this sound interesting? Would you like to be part of our team? We are waiting for you!

Your Tasks:

  • You integrate knowledge in current agile disciplines with our customers (e.g. Design Thinking, SAFe, Kanban).

  • You accompany our customers in their agile transformation, support them in various agile roles (SCRUM Master, Product Owner, Agile Coach) and develop existing agile implementations at our customers.

  • You carry out coaching and training in the project and for internal employees.

  • You actively promote the agile mindset and demonstrate agile methods to our customers, for example with techniques such as the Business Model Canvas, User Story Mapping or the moderation of retrospectives.

  • You support the introduction and implementation of agile work processes and work to ensure that teams work together in a self-determined, flexible and productive manner.

  • You consult our customers on the selection of agile project management methods and are responsible for the successful introduction within the project or product teams.

What we Expect From You:

  • You have a successful degree in an analytical, technology-related field of study (e.g. industrial engineering, operations research, business informatics, computer science or mathematics).

  • You have professional experience as an agile coach, agile project manager or in a comparable position in an agile environment.

  • You have experience in transformation projects, broad knowledge of the organizational and scaling approaches of agile methods.

  • You are certified as a Scrum Master (CSM, PSM I, CSP).

  • You have strong knowledge of agile (scaled) working methods (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, Jira, etc.).

  • You have an agile mindset with which you inspire and motivate your environment.

  • Your working style is characterized by commitment and initiative, as well as a careful and goal-oriented approach.

  • You speak fluent German and English.

We do not think much of assessment centers and artificial interview situations - if we can imagine a collaboration based on your qualifications and personality, we will test them during the probationary period.

What we Offer:

  • An attractive, fully digitalized working environment is waiting for you. When there are no customer appointments on site, you can choose to work from home or in an attractive office in the heart of Berlin.

  • We have a very modern infrastructure and use state-of-the-art tools that make our daily work easier.

  • You will work in a young, international team with a wide range of disciplines and experience.

  • We have flat hierarchies with short decision-making processes.

  • We take on a lot of responsibility in "mission critical" projects for our clients, so your work will be fascinating and varied.

  • We develop exciting, innovative consulting tools ourselves - here you can develop your skills and try out new things.

  • Depending on your interests, you will continuously develop your skill set through internal and external training.

  • Work-life balance is important to us: we offer you 30 days of holiday, overtime is compensated by free time.

We are looking forward to hearing from you!
