Systems are pervasive – we humans live and work within social systems, and we are constantly creating new technical systems.
From this point of view, enterprises can be viewed as “socio-technical” systems, and hence enterprise transformation is a systemic process.
The term “systems thinking” became widely popular in the 1990s due to the very influential book “The Fifth Discipline” by Peter Senge. He wrote: “Systems Thinking is a discipline for seeing wholes, it is a framework for seeing interrelationships rather than things, for seeing patterns of change rather than static snapshots.“
In this meetup, we will explore how to leverage Systems Thinking to transform enterprises successfully.
The meetup will be hosted as an online event. After the presentation, we will open up a virtual coffee lounge for interactive discussion.
The meetup will take place on Thursday, March 23, 2023, at 16:00 and will last for 2 hours.
This is a German-speaking meetup.
