While using the multiplayer version of the game, We may ask You to provide Us with a name so that others playing the game with you can identify you. This name is stored in our game session database. Your game session data and in particular your player name is not shared with any third parties.

We have integrated Auth0 into our website for user management.
The personal data stored in Auth0 is used only for the purposes of providing its services, namely authenticating users.

customer.io
We use customer.io to manage our e-mail notifications. For this purpose, we store the following data on the Customer.io platform:
You can administer which e-mail notifications you will receive and even turn of e-mail notifications completely in your user account preferences.
We also use customer.io to manage our legacy newsletter, which is no longer available for sign-up. You can opt-out of that newsletter by clicking on the opt-out link, which is provided in every such newsletter that you receive from us.
We have signed a Data Processing Agreement with customer.io
Twilio
We use Twilio Send Grid for the actual distribution of e-mails. For this, we temporarily provide Twilio with user e-mail addresses during email distribution.
We do not permanently store user data on Twilio.

Stripe
Our website accepts payments via Stripe. The provider of this service is Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd., 1 Grand Canal Street Lower, Grand Canal Dock, Dublin.
If you select payment via Stripe, the payment data you provide will be supplied to Stripe based on Art. 6 (1) (a) (Consent) and Art. 6 (1) (b) DSGVO (Processing for contract purposes).

Google reCAPTCHA
We use Google reCAPTCHA v3 on our contact forms to protect against spam and automated abuse.
reCAPTCHA v3 works invisibly in the background to analyze user behavior and assign a scoreindicating the likelihood that a visitor is human.
When you use our contact form, the following data may be transmitted to Google:

The URL of the page you are visiting
Information about your browser and device
Data about your interaction with the page (mouse movements, scroll behavior, etc.)
This data is processed by Google to determine whether the request is from a human or an automated system. Google uses this data according to their
