Personal Data

While using the multiplayer version of the game, We may ask You to provide Us with a name so that others playing the game with you can identify you. This name is stored in our game session database. Your game session data and in particular your player name is not shared with any third parties.

Usage Data

Usage Data is collected automatically when using the Service.
Usage Data may include information such as Your Device's Internet Protocol address (e.g. IP address), browser type, browser version, the pages of our Service that You visit, the time and date of Your visit, the time spent on those pages, unique device identifiers and other diagnostic data.
When You access the Service by or through a mobile device, We may collect certain information automatically, including, but not limited to, the type of mobile device You use, Your mobile device unique ID, the IP address of Your mobile device, Your mobile operating system, the type of mobile Internet browser You use, unique device identifiers and other diagnostic data.
We may also collect information that Your browser sends whenever You visit our Service or when You access the Service by or through a mobile device.

We do not use tracking technologies.

Use of Your Personal Data


We have integrated Auth0 into our website for user management.
The personal data stored in Auth0 is used only for the purposes of providing its services, namely authenticating users.

We have signed a data processing agreement with Auth0.
Auth0 records the following data:
  • E-Mail address
  • Username
  • Sign Up Date
  • Last Login Date
  • IP address of last login
  • Browser and operating system used during sign up

Crisp Chat App

We have integrated the Crisp Chat App on our website. The app is operated by Crisp IM SARL and the chat box uses cookies solely for messaging purpose (see the Crisp Cookie Policy). Crisp does not use this cookie for tracking purposes.
In particular, Crisp stores the following end user data on their system:
  • End-user email address (if provided by end-user, thus involving a consent)
  • End-user phone number (if provided by end-user, thus involving a consent)
  • End-user message exchange
  • End-user last activity date and time
  • End-user profile information (resolved from public data shared by end-user on the Internet, see notice below)

We have signed a data processing agreement with Crisp.

We use to manage our e-mail notifications. For this purpose, we store the following data on the platform:
  • Your e-mail address.
  • The browser type and version you used during sign-up.
  • Your geo-location during sign-up.
You can administer which e-mail notifications you will receive and even turn of e-mail notifications completely in your user account preferences.
We also use to manage our legacy newsletter, which is no longer available for sign-up. You can opt-out of that newsletter by clicking on the opt-out link, which is provided in every such newsletter that you receive from us.
We have signed a Data Processing Agreement with


We use Twilio Send Grid for the actual distribution of e-mails. For this, we temporarily provide Twilio with user e-mail addresses during email distribution.
We do not permanently store user data on Twilio.

Payment service providers


Our website accepts payments via Stripe. The provider of this service is Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd., 1 Grand Canal Street Lower, Grand Canal Dock, Dublin.
If you select payment via Stripe, the payment data you provide will be supplied to Stripe based on Art. 6 (1) (a) (Consent) and Art. 6 (1) (b) DSGVO (Processing for contract purposes).
You have the option to revoke your consent at any time with future effect. It does not affect the processing of data previously collected. Further information about handling user data can be found at Stripe’s privacy policy
