Coordinating the work of agile teams can be very challenging: teams are often distributed all over the world and are working in different time zones. This is compounded by the pandemic because everyone is working in a different, isolated environment, thus posing extra challenges to collaboration. To support agility in such challenging times, we need easy-to-use, collaborative and integrated tools that support the entire agile journey.
In this meetup we discussed the tools we use in our agile transformation projects and the best practices we have established:
Ideation and design
Business analysis, process design and requirements engineering
Project portfolio management
Software development and CI/CD pipelines
The meetup started with an online presentation, we then met in the "virtual coffee lounge" and had an animated discussion.
